Hair Happy?

I'm experiencing something i don't think I ever had before, I actually feel happy with my hair.. Or content. I am able to easily style and I'm satisfied with the amount of length i have now thanks to mega tek and aloe vera juice. And let us not forget the Dominican product i soooo adore. I hope to have some new length pictures soon. I relaxed last week at 13 weeks. It was more of a tex-lax then a bone straight because i still had my body and fullness vs the flatness of the bone straight look. And i think i can just about claim full shoulder length, and if not now defiantly when I have my next relaxer in December i will!! Currently I'm rocking a sew in of the Fourbulous by milky way hair. I wanted something low maintenance for the mornings so i can get up fluff it out and go.

Now that i have reached Hair Happiness..the next step will be to reach Hair Richness...To have so much hair .. I don't know what to do with it!!

Hello my blog.. I haven't been with you in quite some time.The bad part is since that last time i was with you there hasn't been much change. My hair is in way better shape and is on it was to better lenghts and health so that is a plus. My waist line is still fighting me and i am still struggling to find a healthy balance to diet a exercise.

12 Weeks Post Realxer- Relaxer and Trim

At 12 weeks post relaxer I relaxed today with the Organic Root Stimulator Relaxer. My sister did the hourners for me for this time. I usually go to the shop and get my relaxer and trims but since my sister was back in town i asked her to do it for me. I pretreated my ends with a mix of Indian oils, Coconut oil, and profective strengthen leave in. My sister did a trim for me and trim about a 1/2 to 1/4 inch where needed. I'm very satisfied with the results and like that I can finally run my fingers thru my hair. My husband is really happy with the results because he is not a fan of my wigs or weaves. So I'll wear my hair out for a week until i go to the BS store to pick up some new hair for a new sew-in..Here are some pics of my hair including a shot of my lenght and a shot of my scalp and a strange bald spot i have developed on the center part.

Day -3- Master Cleanse -Final Day-

OK my last day on the the cleanse was a couple of days ago. I would have like to continue and follow thru with the cleanse for the remaining week but I lost all motivation. I did reach my goal weight was 155 and since i met that i really didn't see why to continue. But I found the clease very effective and it worked for me very well. I'm sure it would have worked out even more if i followed it to a 'T'. I tried to stay on it the way it was designed but i really like to eat ..lol.. while i'm at work its easy to stay focused but once i got home.. It was over.. But i certainly would recommend this fast to anyone trying to cleanse and lose weight. I would like to try it again but i will have to take some time off work and try it with the Salt Flush next time.

Day -2-Master Cleanse

Well this is my second day on the cleanse and its not as hard as it was yesterday probably because I'm at work today and I'm to busy to think about food. Yesterday i only finished 2 Cups of the drink.. Today so far i have finished 2 cups and I'm working on another 2 cups.. i'll have finished by the end of the night. Yesterday night..I'll admit i cheated and had a thing of Roman noodle. Because i cooked my hubby some steaks and i just could stand to watch him eat while i didn;t. That will be kinda rude right? See how I justify bad behavior..lol.. anyway ..I haven't been hungry but i still crave those no no foods I'm trying to break from. So wish me luck that i don't get tempted tonight and give in. And BTW the scale now reads 156. Which is 3 lbs less then yesterday. So we already seeing results!! Motivation!!

Day- 1- of the Master Cleanse

Today marks day 1 of my Master Cleanse journey. So far i have only had today my Smooth move Tea this morning and one of the 'Lemonade" teas.. I have another on the counter on stand by. I haven't been very hungry, just craving food that i want to eat that I'm trying to cut from my diet like excessive amounts of sugar and carbs. I also want to see how much weight i can loss and if i can lose mosty my belly weight. I have read that if done correctly i could stand to lose up to 2 lbs a day.. We are going to have to see about that . So right now my starting weight is about 159-160. My normal weight is between 150 and 155. So my goal is just to get back in that range.
